Early-Access Terms

TeeVance is in a limited early-access pilot in Dallas–Fort Worth. You can create an account, connect your course booking logins, and place standing requests now; paid booking runs as a supervised pilot. These plain-language interim terms govern that pilot until counsel-reviewed terms replace them, which will happen before any broad public launch. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

• Sign-in is passwordless: we email a one-tap link that works once, for fifteen minutes. Keep access to your email secure - anyone with your inbox can sign in.
• You can sign out or ask us to delete your account and data anytime at [email protected].

Standing requests & the auction

• A standing request names a course, date, window, and the most you'd tip for priority. It's an instruction to try to book for you - not a guarantee of a tee time.
• Placement is a priority auction: higher tips pick earlier times, and you pay the second price - one dollar over the golfer right behind you, capped at your tip, floored at $1.
• Requests lock the moment the course releases that day's sheet (shown in your portal). Until then you may edit or cancel freely.
• Greens fees are always paid by you, to the course, on your own card. TeeVance never holds, transfers, or resells a tee time.

Your course logins (agency & custody)

• When you connect a course account, you authorize TeeVance to act as your limited booking agent and to use that login solely to reserve tee times you've requested, in your own name.
• Logins are sealed with encryption at rest and unsealed only in the moment we book. Every access is logged to your account. A person completes each booking; we run no automated tooling on GolfNow, per its terms.
• You may revoke any connected login anytime from the portal. Revocation stops all future use immediately.

Payments

• If you add a card, you authorize TeeVance to charge the $6 lock fee plus your winning premium only when we secure a time in your window. If we miss, you're charged nothing.
• Card details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe); TeeVance never stores your full card number. Questions or disputes: [email protected].

TeeVance Pass (optional)

• There is no subscription. Every golfer pays per secured booking. If you play often, you may buy a TeeVance Pass: a one-time prepaid pack of secured-round credits at a discount, with the lock fee waived on each. Credits do not expire and there is no recurring charge.
• A free Founding Member status gives priority tie-break and first access to new courses at no cost.

Pilot caveats

• Some courses' exact release times are still being verified; where noted "verifying," we confirm before taking live money for that course.
• Availability of any course, window, or feature isn't guaranteed. We may pause or limit the pilot at any time.

The boring but true parts

• The service is provided "as is", without warranties; to the extent the law allows, TeeVance's total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior three months.
• Course names and marks belong to their owners; TeeVance is independent and not endorsed by or affiliated with any course. Course operators: partner or opt out at [email protected].
• These terms are governed by Texas law. We may update them; material changes will be emailed to account holders.
